Those lights are highly inefficient. 6W lights are churning out 500lumens, which is close to 83lumen/Watt. While 8 of those will make around 4000lumens, which is a decent enough light output, there are plenty of LEDs out there with the same output but lesser consumption. Even the cheap LEDs are running 110lumen/Watt these days. However, you will have to go the DIY route with them.
A lot also depends upon what plants you plan on growing, CO2 and dosing regime.
I have been using 200W of the same lighting on my 125G, 20inch deep tank and I have absolutely no complaints with the light. It is a low tech no CO2 tank, and the plants are doing really good, Saggittaria Subulata has started to carpet and I have an overflow of valisneria spiralis.
I would suggest you to use around 2800 Lumens of lighting, which you can achieve with this: 2x 14W LED
