They  munched  my  glosso..like  a  cow  munches  on  grass..  Other  plants  were  fine  with  them.  A  very  good  hair  algae  destroyer..  I  have  pushed  them  out  of  my  planted  tank  to  a  pond.  I  use  them  to  clean  up  my  mosses  ..Just  drop  the  strands  which  are  get  choked  by  hair  algae..  and  it  comes  out  clean  the  next  day

Rocky....  Hamza  is  talking  about  a  2  gallon  tank.....  possibilities  of  hiding  place  is  very  less  there.........

I  had  some  3  pairs  of  rosy  barbs  they  are  1  of  the  hardiest  guys  I  had.  But  they  eat  like  crazy  I  have  seen  them  nibbing  on  my  plants  but  not  much.

And  it  is  true  just  out  your  had  inside  and  they  would  be  the  1st  to  nib  you  hands.

I  always  wondered  they  r  orange  in  color  but  why  they  call  it  rosy  barb.  Though  I  had  just  1  in  reddish  color.

 Regards,
 Karna
