 Hey  Suraj,

That's  really  sad  you  have  to  tear  this  tank  down.  So  Coimbatore  is  going  to  have  more  planted  gurus.

 Good  luck  buddy.

Well,  I  haven't  had  time  to  tear  down  this  tank  yet,  but  here  are  the  pictures  from  Day  112.  I  was  travelling  a  lot  and  so  couldn't  take  pictures  around  the  100th  day.  My  apologies.  I  should  be  dismantling  this  tank  around  the  first  week  of  December.

 Hi  Suraj,

Seeing  your  tank,  I  am  sure  you  should  enter  this  tank  in  AGA  context  next  year.

 Keep  up  the  great  show.

 Regards
 Shankar

 Hi  Suraj

Th  etank  is  looking  good.  A  few  suggestions  this  time,  since  you  are  dismantaling  the  tank  look  at  getting  glosso  for  the  fore  ground  and  shifting  the  chain  swords  to  mid  ground.
IMHO  the  back  ground  is  very  bueatiful  but  the  chainswords  are  coming  more  into  focus  taking  away  from  the  rest  of  your  tank.  Glosso  in  the  front  will  make  your  background  more  dominant.

 Regards
   Harshal

Great  looking  setup,  it's  just  that  I've  missed  the  thread  in  the  past,  except  for  the  bracing  suggestions.  Good  going.  Thumb Up.  It  was  nice  meeting  you  the  other  day,  I'm  glad  I  was  there!

Thanks,  Shankar.  AGA  is  certainly  still  a  long  way  off.  I  need  to  learn  a  lot  more.

Harshal,  thanks  for  your  inputs.  I  actually  wanted  to  start  this  with  glosso,  but  I  didn't  have  any.  Since  I  had  never  had  luck  with  tenellus,  I  decided  to  give  it  a  try.  The  result  is  for  all  to  see.   Very Happy

Deepak,  Thanks.  It  was  indeed  a  pleasure  to  catch  up  with  you.  Pity,  I  didn't  have  more  time  to  talk  tanks  and  fish.

There  is  one  more  narrow  variety  of  tenellus.  You  could  try  in  the  new  setup.
It  stays  less  than  3"  and  is  not  more  than  2mm  per  leaf  and  is  easily  available.  In  your  light  conditions  they  will  be  bronze  colored  and  if  light  is  a  less  than  a  nice  green.

Suraj's  tank  is  truly  an  inspirational  one.  Really  sad  to  hear  that  he'll  have  to  dismantle  such  an  awesome  piece  of  art....

Anyways  I  don't  think  shifting  and  resetting  up  will  be  a  problem  for  ya  Smile  Best  of  luck  Thumb Up

 Thanks,  Shankar,  Shanky.

Redoing  this  tank  is  going  to  be  a  problem  initially,  since  I  will  have  to  tug  this  mammoth  into  the  first  floor.   Very Happy
